So, I'm pretty entrenched in the Google ecosystem now. The new Pixel 10 pro is great and I'm using Gemini all the time now. I want a cheap(er) tablet for reading and documents that I can take with me easily. The Pixel tablet seems to be expensive for what it is but they claim is has Gemini built in. I would think if you can get Google drive as an app on other tablets, you would have Gemini as well. any recommendations?

My Android 12 Nokia phone allowed me to install Gemini, so you're probably good to go on pretty much any Android device.

If you want tablet recommendations then you probably ought to mention a budget.

400 or under is OK. I have an old windows tablet that I totally forgot about. It's a HP 601 pro tab. I remember not liking it because everything seemed laggy on it. I'll charge it up and see if it's usable. Some recommend getting a Fire tablet and side loading the APK. Not sure that is a good solution but they are cheap.

Be aware the cheaper versions of the Fire tablets are ad-supported.

The Pixel is a nice tablet but if you want more power the Lenovo Idea Tab Prois a serious contender
Thanks, that's exactly the one I was looking at on Amazon last night. Seems like the best bang for the buck.
