Best System Maintenence Programs

i use Pest Patrol 4, Registry First Aid 3, SiSoftware Sandra, Partition Magic 8, and Norton System Works 2003

What do you think is the best programs for maintaining computers??

or is it Registry Mechanic by WinGuides?

Man that Diskeeper looks like a VERY Cool program much better than Nortons defrager

East-Tec Eraser 2003 over evidence eliminator at least this is IMHO

Tweak UI
Regclean
AVG Anti-virus (it has alway found and removed stuff others couldnt)
Zero Popup

i heard pest patrol is hands down the best

I tried evidence eliminator-- it's too large, expensive, complex. It can easily screw up your system if you are not careful. In other words - it's Overkill. IMO it's not needed for the average user unless they have something to hide. Most of it's features can be found in freeware programs anyway.

i agree Terry about evidence eliminator i went through the options when i first opened it and half the stuff it was doin i didn't want it to do

i heard that Norton Anti-Virus was the best cause of all the definitions they got

is AddRemove Pro better than the Windows Add/Remover??

is Tweak UI a Microsoft PowerToy for Windows XP??

i got diskeeper it is GREAT! 🙂
and Jv16 Powertools is cool i dont understand all the features though but the regcleaner is good stuff
