I recently installed two Intel X25-M ssd drives in raid-0 for my OS and application drive. I originally had a single drive, and it performed well.
I wanted the logical C drive to be larger, so I got a second X25-M in raid-0.
Using the onboard raid from a Asus P6T deluxe, I arbitrarily picked a stripe size of 64K. This seems to have worked out reasonably well, but I wonder if the best size should be either much larger, or much smaller.
Does anyone have some insight to this issue?
