Best STR4 Threadripper Motherboard to Support 128GB Memory

I am building a high end scientific/engineering workstation for a friend and am investigating motherboards that work with no problems using 8x16 GB DDR4 memory. It anyone has experience with such a system and has a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
