dont like ff7, never did, never will...

Anyway: Final Fantasy series (Liked some more than others, and didn't particulary care for 8 at all, but over all the series has been good).

my fav are FF3(US) then Chrono trigger.


come to think of it FF3 is my all time fav game. i plan on buying FF anthology for the playstation
 
Xenogears!!! Not many people have actually played it...but its an awesome game. The story is incredible. It slows down alot on the second disc...mostly because square cut the funding in favor of one of the Final Fantasy Games...but it could have easily been 3 discs.

All in all...about 60 hours of gameplay, and every single one of them flies by.
 
Damn i can't believe no one mentioned Xenogears until this far down in the thread.

xenogears is freakin amazing and every squaresoft fan MUST play it.

I agree. I found it better than FF7 even.. 😀 Just waiting for Xenosaga to come to the states, even if it's not from Square..
 
Definitely Crono Trigger, Secret of Mana. I actually have not been disappointed with any Final Fantasy game, but they don't compare to those two. Xenogears was good... but GOD there's so much text to read.

Agreed, Xenogears was amazing, more people should give it a try
