Best sporty car for 5 grand?

Here are my picks:
94+ v6 mustang
93+ v6 camaro
90+ 300zx (my favorite)
90+ mr2
90+ stealth / 3000gt

Things i look for in the car are ttops and rwd. Did i miss any decent cars?

All those cars will continue to depreciate. Why not get a classic 60's muscle car for aroud 5K fix it up (learn somthing along the way) and have a unique treasure which hauls ass and sell it at a profit?

something else to consider - what do you look for in a car? do you want it to be able to corner/handle well, or do you want a car that's fast in a straight line?

classic car wise - i was thinking 67 camaro rs or 70+ cuda. BUTT i live in michigan and i cant drive really drive it in winter (salt=rust=no car) plus maintenance would be time consuming and costly
