BEST SPEAKER SET FOR UNDER $150???????

So far I looked at the Altec Lanscings 4100 4.1 for $132 and Logitech 560Z 4.1 for $145. Which one of the two is better? Is there another set that is better than these two I listed???????????????

I have heard nothing but good things about the Z560's. The color is also very attractive. i personally own the Klipsch 2.1's and couldn't be happier. Very clean speakers.

I ordered mine last Wed. morning around 11:00, from MWave, and they arrived here (near Monterey) Friday afternoon using their cheapest shipping.
I don't know about the other set of speakers, but these are definitely worth the cash. Maybe you can buy from whomever you like and PM later with Amex Blue...?

hrmmmmm........no one mentioning Creative-Soundworks spks? I got DTT5.1 Spks for $200 a year ago. I am sure the DTT2500 5.1 would be around $150 by now. not sure tho.

errr........or did no one mention Creative spks cause 560z are so much better?

cmon fellas.. dont forget about monsoon... mh-505 5.1 surround system, $142 at newegg. i got the 2.1 version of this system and i am sold on their planar speakers. the sound stage is so wide... its incredible. if you dont mind spending another $50 or so i know they got a 4.1 system with decidedly more power than the 5.1s. killer stuff.

Ordered my Z-560s tonight, after comparing them sound and pricewise to the Klipsch 2.1s and 4.1s. (The 5.1s are awesome, but way out of my price range)
