Lot's of Yes songs as some have already listed, I like 'Love Will Find A Way' the most of them all though, the orchestra music leading into just a guitar riffing is near perfect.

Always like Tool's Eulogy intro and I'd agree with the previous poster about Parabol being an intro to Parabola.

I'd like to also throw in Nugent's Stranglehold intro as a favorite of mine but it could be longer.
