Best software to backup DVD's?

Having troubles backing up a DVD and neither DVD Decrypter nor DVD Shrink will work. Any other freeware type programs out there that get past this?

AnyDVD + CloneDVD

Which DVD? I haven't found a DVD yet that DVD Decrypter couldn't rip, aside from a physically bad disc.

I downloaded AnyDVD and I guess my inexperience may be the reason its not working? Thought it auto decrypts and I can use a program like DVD Decrypter... heh I'm kind of frusturated.
