Best software + drivers for Razer mouse (help very much appreciated, thanks)

I have a razer imperator.
My priorities:
Be able to change sound volume with the middle buttons (typically reserved for DPI)
Turn the razer logo off but keep the wheel logo. Ideally I'd like to turn the razer logo perementely on, but with the Razer Synapse software it can only pulse, so I prefer it off if that's my only choice
I don't need a cloud for my settings; I don't need a program accessing the interent every time I boot up; it's clanky and takes up my PC memory.
Is there a program / driver / anything I can use to replace Razer Synpase? Thanks for the help.
