best socket A mobo?

well im about to put a hammer through my msi kt4v mobo since nothing has been working in 2 months...:) anyway im thinking of buying a new mobo to support my 2800+ barton, what the best socket A mobo? i thought it would be on of the new kt880 chipset based ones if so, can u provide a link to one?

agreed. right now the NF7-S is perhaps the best board/price for AMD socket A.

If you don't like Nvidia hardware though, VIA KT880 boards will be on the market soon, which offer comparable preformance

ive heard the nforce 2 boards are a bit better in gaming, is that true?

NF7-S is a great board. If you are on a budget the Soltek 75FRN2 is also a great board.

Nforce2 is a solid chipset, I can't confirm whether it's any better for gaming, but you won't be disappointed. Make sure to re-install your OS from scratch after you swap motherboards.

DFI NF2 Infinity Ultra is another good choice,I upgraded from my old Epox VIA board to one,it`s been solid all the way,value for money,specs and even OC it`s a great choice.
