Best skt 939 A64 cpu to OC at default multiplier?

From some tests I ran with my 3000+ Winnie, it seems the best way to get maximum results with these cpus is raising the HTT while maintaining the stock multi. I ran several tests including video encoding (my main need) and lowering the multi in order to raise the HTT only seemed to benefit the memory tests and lower the scores on the other ones. That leaves the question of which of the new cpus like the Venice seem to have the most OCing room at stock multi? Thanks.
 
its a debate between teh 3000 and the 3200 venices...some people will swear by either one but i would say the highest OCs come from the 3000's with the right motherboard of course.
