Fraiser started in '94 or '95.

I think the first two seasons of Married with Children are the best. They lost some good writers in the third season and the show wasnt quite as funny anymore.

The seasons of Threes Company that came on in the 80's also suffered from a severe case of "suck".

Night Court gets my number two vote. It actually got a little better as it went on.

Hah! I'd honestly forgotten about that one. From memory - I was eight or so - it was fairly decent. There was one episode where the girl got turned into a puppet, and for some reason it terrified me for weeks!
