Seinfeld. They even had the sense to go out on top unlike Friends, which lingers pathetically with lame material. Married with Children aimed a lower class of humor.

I still can't figure out how so many people have been brainwashed into thinking "No soup for you" was funny? It was the same joke over and over and over. I only watched about a dozen seinfeld episodes and never found one of them to be funny enough to rate the show as highly as it has been rated.
(But I agree it was worth watching)
for "of All-Time", I think the award would have to go to something like Lucy or Mash... something else that survived the test of time (like Seinfeld did). Judged by today's standards, even the Brady Bunch looks like a stupid show, but in its time, it was well watched.
I however prefer Simpsons over Seinfeld any day.... and couldn't stand the show Friends... too soap opera-ish.
And, I agree with those who think Cheers was an awesome show. It's too hard for me to decide on #1, but it wasn't Seinfeld.

Ok, I'll be the first to admit it...
Malcolm in the Middle, at least the first two seasons or so.

Full House had to of been the best of all time. I just remember how funny those olsen twins were and how Bob Saget was so funny they even gave him his own show where he did amazing standup comedy, America's Funniest Home Videos (another classic show). I just wish they would have had a spin-off with all the kids in the house living together after they move out, maybe called Not so Full-House, Half-Way House, or Burnin' Down the House. Tee-Hee, I still remember those crazy situations that Wacky Uncle Joey would get in and the wise Bob Saget would straighten him out by the end of the show. I do miss that show so much.

Seinfeld sucks ... bunch of anal-retentive asshats sitting around pondering their navals. I'll admit it has some good gags, but it wasn't worth sitting through a whole episode to get em.
Friends is Seinfeld, but with cuter girls, which makes up for a bit.
For best canceled-before-its-time sitcom, I nominate Undeclared.
