We have an office in Orlando and an office in Copenhagen and currently are looking at a maximum of 10 concurrent voice sessions, but I understand if you have an inbound call simultaneously ringing two or more voip clients that counts as an additional session, and we definitely want some room to expand in the future so I'm thinking 20 channels maybe?
We have what you would call a traditional receptionist as well as some sales staff that receive calls. Do they all need their own DID?
We make sales and support calls all over Europe and North America so long distance rates/quality are of course a priority.
any comments welcome
