Best SIP trunk provider for small business?

We have an office in Orlando and an office in Copenhagen and currently are looking at a maximum of 10 concurrent voice sessions, but I understand if you have an inbound call simultaneously ringing two or more voip clients that counts as an additional session, and we definitely want some room to expand in the future so I'm thinking 20 channels maybe?

We have what you would call a traditional receptionist as well as some sales staff that receive calls. Do they all need their own DID?

We make sales and support calls all over Europe and North America so long distance rates/quality are of course a priority.

any comments welcome

I've tried a few different sip trunk provider and so far imho voip.ms provided best quality trunk. Their international rate is very good as well.

Ah thank you. Unfortunately telemarketing is against their terms. Denmark seems to be in the 19 to 22 cent range with just about everyone so maybe I'll just take my chances with one of the alleged market leaders.
