Best silent cooling setup?

I have a p4 2.26 system and I wanted to know your suggestions for the best cooling setup. I have the Zalman heatpipe cooler for my GF3 card, so that only leaves the power supply (an Enermax EG-365-VE) and the CPU HSF as the major noise-makers in my case. I'm not sure how much noise my HDs put out, but I imagine not too much. I have two WD 120GB 7200rpm HDs. I want it quiet and I don't need extra cooling power since I don't overclock my system. Any other possible noise makers or suggestions on making my system quiet? Thanks!

Hmmm... is it really that noisy? Well check this out... it should have everything you need regarding a quiet computer. Good luck.

I've replaced the fan in several PSUs with a quiet Panasonic L1A fan. But I live in a (mostly) cool climate.
