Best silent cooling setup?

I have a p4 2.26 system and I wanted to know your suggestions for the best cooling setup. I have the Zalman heatpipe cooler for my GF3 card, so that only leaves the power supply (an Enermax EG-365-VE) and the CPU HSF as the major noise-makers in my case. I'm not sure how much noise my HDs put out, but I imagine not too much. I have two WD 120GB 7200rpm HDs. I want it quiet and I don't need extra cooling power since I don't overclock my system. Any other possible noise makers or suggestions on making my system quiet? Thanks!
