I want one with Socket 939, PCI Express for video card, standard PCI slot for sound card, 4+ rear USB 2.0 ports, read PS/2 ports, black or silver. Any recommendations? It seems like the offerings from Shuttle don't have a PCI slot.

If you want to build it yourself Aspire Qpack or Chenming (sp?) are very solid choices. The one without the window is what I'd get. That said depending it may not fit with your furniture or the look you want.

For not overclocking the MSI 6150 board. It has slightly better specs than the ATI chipset based one - better lan and DVI out. Otherwise possible consider the Asus 6150 board.

If overclocking and you want the 6150 chipset the Foxconn 6150 is best tho it hits a wall at 275fsb (get 10x multiplier chip+) and you'll need a good soundcard as it doesn't have HD Azalia etc. If you really want to push your system overclocking the Biostar 6100 is the one to go for although it is an older chipset now.

SN25P would be my choice, but then i am biased.

but an even better option might be:
> 6150/430 mATX M/B
> Silverstone SUGO 01 (Evolution) mATX case with 80mm fans
> 430W Seasonic PSU

cheaper than an SN25P too.

The MSI RS482M4-ILD has been getting some nice feedback from HTPC'ers. Compared to the Shuttle Solution, you save a buch, and get a better buy overall.

Personally, I don't really like the Aria. there isn't sufficient cooling and the psu fan runs, stock, at 7v. you could always mod it to 12v but then you'd be voiding warranty

+1 to the qpack. combine with a good tforce 6100 mobo for a cheap good performing overclocker.

I have the SN25P as well. You're correct to note that it does not have a PCI slot, but the Envy 24/HT (I think that's its name) sound chip is pretty darn good for an onboard solution.

That one has 2 rear and 2 front usb..... sorry

He's not steering you wrong there. Make sure to use WinFlash and upgrade it to the latest BIOS from Shuttle's Web site. It's the first Athlon 64 system I've gotten the onboard sound chip and Ethernet to work on. Only flies in the ointment are:

Check to see if your DVD drive fits in the front bezel
Only two rear USB ports
PCI-E slot may not work with some NVidia cards due to the onboard ATI video chip

But I love this thing.
