Best Setting on OC

Hello I have a simple and probably noob question. I have and E8400 that i had to 3.825 and the memory running at 1133mhz. i have had it to 4ghz with the memory at 950mhz. Now i just got a Q9400 since it was on sale and brought that to 3.6. Now my Question is Which is a better setup. The q9400 @ 3.6 memory running at 900mhz or 3.4 and the memory running at 1133. I would think that the latter would be better.No one can give me a straight answer. i Already know what the chips can do so im good there. I just want to know what the better setting is.

Why not run some benchmarks and find out for yourself?

by far, I might add. The Core 2 branch prediction is great.
