Best SCSI Controller?

-Building a new system and I'm trying to decide what SCSI controller to buy in setting up a RAID configuration with 2 Quantum Atlas 10k2's. I doubt I'll go SCSI on any other peripheral except maybe a CD-RW. Which are the best cards?
 
Actually the Adaptec ASC-29160 Ultra160 SCSI Controller, is not a RAID controller.

The Adaptec 3400s is the best, but WaY too expensive!
Makes the 2100s seem affordable at around 500 greenbacks.

Adaptec RAID cards have very poor performnce. Mylex, AMI and Atto come to mind as quality cards with good performance.
