Best screen capturing software?

anyone know a freeware one...don't tell me shareware, etc. cuz I know all of them. that do this already.
Ok know of a freeware screenshot app that SCROLLS the entire webpage to capture.
I've emailed about 3 or 4 freeware authors of screenshots and nothing ever came of it. That was about 8 months ago or so.
 
There's a really basic freeware program called .. umm.. I don't remember. Just search download.com for screen and then get the top rated one on there. It's really basic but gets the job done.
