Company of Heroes! The game is great in that you can actually enjoy what's going on, rather than just checking if new units are done and stuff (you generally play with small numbers of units).

Personally, I love Sins. Absolutely love it. But it can't really be labeled as strictly an RTS. Oh hell, I nominate it anyway for being my favorite RTS-hybrid-doohicky! If you haven't tried it, at least give the demo a shot. Chances are you'll love it.

I agree likewise; it's a magnificent game, and if you call yourself a PC Gamer, it's your job to get this.
