Best Router for Multiple Devices

I was looking to choose a new router due to moving into a new apartment complex and I only have 1 plug in the wall for wired. We will mostly have 2-3 laptops running at the same time or 2 laptops and my desktop.

Are either of these decent routers? *mainly for Youtube/Online Gaming*

thanks

Other options would be also appreciated, though I would prefer not to spend over 80$

Edit: Added two more options

up to you. in my experience, refurb usually means like new the only difference being the refurb has been checked and tested by the manufacturer for proper operation. so sometimes refurbs can actually be better and cheaper.

JackMDS recently made a post about routers he recommends in another thread.

I personally have the Asus RT-N66U and, while it is admittedly expensive, it is a very nice piece of hardware.

I just picked up that same router (RT-N66U), and it's an excellent router. Just running the stock firmware (latest version), and I'm very happy with it. Getting close to 20MB/s on the 5GHz channel two floors up in my house. Also was able to plug in a USB hard drive and set up a multi-account FTP share that's accessible over the WAN, something I could never get working properly on DD-WRT.

I have a ton of devices connecting to the router, although not all at the same time. 360, PS3, HTPC, File Server, two desktops, couple Android phones, and a few misc devices.
