Does that product really help to lower the GPU temperature by more than 30+*C? I dont think that is even possible with a simple cooler.

Either way give him credit at least he practiced his HTML webpage skillz 😀
 
It's difficult to measure the temperature of a graphics card so I took the results off Arctic Cooling's very own web site. The graph below shows a comparison between the ATI Radeon 9800PRO stock cooler, and the VGA Silencer. As you can see, there is a huge difference in temperature!
