Best resolution for asus vw192T

wat's the best resoultion for an asus vw 192 T . Pple say its 1440x900 but in that resolution it looks as if images are stretched. my gpu is 8500gt
any information would be greatly appreciated

its a 19inch widescreen so it should be ran at its native res of 1440x900. I hope you didnt buy the 8500gt for gaming.
