Best Registry Cleaner

I am looking for a registry cleaner that works on Windows 2000. I have been using Regclean but for what ever reson it always seems to leave old registry entries. Does anyone know of a registry tool that i can buy/download.

I find that nothing take care of all registry related headaches better then popping a RedHat CD or 2 in and clicking OK.
