What system is this for? Do you want to OC? What do you do on the computer?

If it does matter: cheapest stuff you can get a find from a company you trust
If it doesn't matter: it does, so I have no idea. 😉

OCZ PC4000 Gold VX. With money constraints: TwinMOS Speed Premium. They are both the exact same chips and PCB, but the OCZ is guaranteed to hit DDR500 at 2-2-2-7, while the TwinMOS is not.

Memory's dropped in price all around the board in the last two to three weeks. There was some Mushkin 2-3-2 stuff (the thread's in the FS/T forum) that ended up being $136 for a gig, which is about how much I paid for the Mushkin value stuff two months before.

I bought the TwinMOS from the Egg and they are great. For ~$110, you can't beat it. They will go over 3.5 volts easy. I am running them CAS 1.5-2-2-5 on 2.7v @ 200mhz dual channel for the warmup. I will move them into my new system in 2 weeks when they are ready. As far as what you buy, it depends on the motherboard. If your MBD can't overvolt, you should buy expensive Corsair and run them at rated speeds. That just isn't my style, though. 😉

I went for the OCZ PC4800. Sitting right here saying get a processor damn you so i can get put to use!
