I think Corsair is bar none the best. But it costs dearly.

Mushkin Rev. 3 is guaranteed cas2 at 150mhz but costs way too much.

I would check with John in the FS/FT forum for some Mosel PC143, he guarantees his ram at 143fsb and I've seen people run it from 154-156 before.

Also, Kingmax PC150 tinyBGA memory will run 150fsb guaranteed as well.

All of these are great overclockable RAM chips.

My prefernce for RAM is Micron Chips w/ Micron (Crucial) PCB.

Mushkin is great RAM...but they tend to be kind of expensive

Kingmax TinyBGA PC150 and Mushkin Rev3 are both 150Mhz 2-2-2 and Mosel Vitalic is 143Mhz 2-2-2 (and will go higher usually).

But I like Micron/Crucial personally.

I sold Infineon 256mb sticks with 7ns chips on them. Hit 150mhz no problem. 7ns Infineon rock :)

I don't have too much experience with this but I am extremely plesed with Generic Micron. pc 133 cas3 runs nice at pc133 cas2 (probably not true 2/2/2) 150Mhz. I bet name Brand Micron is even better.
