hey i also have a 2500+ i own corsair ram 2x512 pc 3200~400mhz 1 gig matched set
unless you plan on doing some eavy overclocking i would say buy 1 gig of ultra ram rated specs
2-2-2-6@400mhz thats the same as corsair ll but alot cheaper and same performance
they sell it over at tigerdirect.com for 80$/512 stick compared to 108 for a 512 of corsair

I'm sticking with 512 (2x256), it's more than enough for me (pc133 256 right now)
