Best (quiet) fan? 2x80cm or 1x92cm?

What is the quietest, best fan to use for a case and power supply? I like Panaflo. I have a 120cm fan and it is very silent, and I also have a Sunon and it is very loud (but moves a lot of air). I want to upgrade the fans in my Lian-Li PC-65 case to something that is quieter and more efficient. Does panaflo fit the bill?

I also plan to mod the back of the case. I can add another 80cm fan hole below the stock one, or I can expand the existing one to be 92cm. which one would be quieter and which one would be more efficient?

2 80's would beat the 1 92 either way.. the 92 would have to be loud to match the 40+ cfm that say two 80mm L1A's would put out..

Agreed. The 80mm fans have more surface area than 1 92mm fan and will produce more airflow. I have 4 92mm panaflows (they are the middle model...not as quiet as the L1a's but still dam quiet) in a case and in my spare parts cabnet.
