Trying to bring the price down on my build, and if you have any recommendations please let me know. I would like to keep the price on both case and cpu to 150, so I'm guessing around 75 each.

It really depends on whats in your system. This is a good PSU for $75
But theres a couple of cases that come with PSU's
Like the Antec Performance TX1050B SOHO File Server w/500W ATX 12V Power Supply I haven't heard much about this case, but its $125 with a 500W PSU, which is not bad at all.
Antec SONATA II, I've heard a lot about this case, its suppose to be really quiet and comes with a 450W PSU, so you could try that out. You have to search around, Antec has a couple of cases that come with PSU's these are really just ones that caught my eye....

TruePower 2.0 430W is enough for a comp with a 7800GTX? It says it only needs like 300W on nvidia's website and 480W for 2.

X-Connect and Tiger Direct are personas non grata around here...

I can't really recommend anything because you gave nothing to work from except price and that's pretty much irrelevant in picking a case and PSU. But I would say that the Antec SLK3000-B (for under $50 shipped from Amazon or Provantage) and the XClio 450 from Newegg would cover just about anything and leave you about $50. to play with.
