Best Program To Convert Asf file to Wav (the car format)?

whats the car format??? do you CD-Audio. Its not really a wave its just recorded to the harddrive as a uncompressed wave file. But yeah you need to convert it to wav to make an audio cd. I know nero can do on the fly mp3 converting to CD-Audio so you may see if it can do asf->CD-audio.

If Nero doesn't have an option, you could always try TotalRecorder, which can create a WAV file from whatever is passing through the sound card
