Best program for viewing video through composite source?

I have been reccomended DScaler. Any other (freeware) programs that are better?

I like ATV2000. I use an All In Wonder card, and I find that the only thing that really works the best, with the best picture quality, is really really old ATI software and drivers. But ATV2000 is the next best. DScaler always does funny things and I can't get it to work consistently.
