Best program for Post-It Notes on the desktop?

Anyone know of a great post-it note program that they've used? I used to use post-it notes when I was runnning Mac OSX, but I'm in the PC world these days.

I tried Post-it Software Notes Lite 3.0.1.1069 but I hated it.
