Best Processor for Shuttle XPC SN8564 V3????

I picked up this barebones system the other day for $125. I was thining about this processor:

AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 800MHz FSB Socket 754 Clawhammer

Thanks! BTW, what exactly is the "1600MHz system bus with HyperTransport? link". Is that related to the frontside bus, which is 800MHz on this chip?

I tried searching on this, but the answers haven't been very clear.
