For me, if not Newegg, then either Tigerdirect, or Fry's. Both have excellent customer service and good prices.

I prefer ZipZoomFly to Newegg these days - they usually have free shipping. I avoid TigerDirect - they are a major clearing house for gray market schlock. Besides, shipping from Florida to Arizona is a drag. I used to like Multiwave until they acquired Insight - then they charge me sales tax. 🙁
 
zipzoomfly usually has very competitive prices and always free shipping. I still prefer newegg when it comes to customer service as they are the best online vendor I have ever dealt with.
 
ChiefValue, which is owned by Newegg, has prices that are usually quite competitive with...um...Newegg. I've noticed many items that were priced a few dollars less, so if making a large order, you can save some bucks.
