Best price/performance fan and heatsink combo for Nehalem CPUs?

I would like to get the best heatsink/fan for 1366-based processors. I won't be overclocking anything but I want to make sure the cpu stays very cool, preferably quiet. Any suggestions?

i just bought this for my amd and it works great. i can't hear it when the system is idle, it keeps temps below 50c when overclocked and when at idle the temps are basically whatever the temperature of the room is. hard to beat for $15, assuming the rebate goes through.
