Doesn't matter, his comment wasn't meant as racist, it was meant as a jab against intelligence derived from an offensive term for people with Down Syndrome. He's a douche.

i can relate since I manage our SharePoint, BO/BI, SQL environment too. Too many times people are quick to blame the network when its really just an isolated user issue. Can't believe they tried to restart a production service during business hours.
