Best powershell scripting book or website?

Really? over 100 views and no comments? for shame.
For starters checkout powershell.com great site and they have many powershell MVPs that post to the site on a daily basis. A great (and I mean awesome) starter for a person who is new to scripting in general is "Powershell v2 for dummies"
aside from those, Technet,MSDN,stackoverflow are all great places too.
