Best pocket pc

Hey guys i know nothing about pocket pc's. My uncle wants to get one for wireless internet, takings notes in class, and all that other junk. Hes got around $600 bucks to spend on one. Hes been looking at the Dell Axims. What are your opinions.

The HP iPaq 4150 is nice and small, and it had wireless 802.11b and bluetooth built into it. If you're taking notes you would want to look into a foldable keyboard, or maybe even the 4350 that has a built in thumbboard for smaller notes.

Dell Axim x3i is cheap and good, it has wifi but not yet bluetooth.
