Best places to eat in boston- details-

I'm heading over to boston with my girl at the end of july. We're into good food. I need some good recommendations. I'm not looking for super ritzy places with charred steak that runs $150/per person. I'm looking for interesting restaurants with some flavor. Right now, the onyl place on the list is penang (malaysian place we have in NY as well). Recommendations please?

Grillfish is a decent seafood place in downtown that isn't pricey...I thought it was pretty good actually

Fire and Ice....I am not too sure of where it is but I do know that I walked there in less than 5-10 minutes from the Harvard campus and I took the red line on the T to get there. Good food and fun, but its not a restaraunt where you sit down the whole time, look into it before you decide to eat there.

Edit: found a blurb about it here
