I'm interested in stealing a .ly domain name from someone as soon as it expires. Anyone know of a good place to register .ly domain names?

You can't steal a domain when it expires there's a 90(?) day hold on it. I believe after 30 days you can semi steal it, but it'll end up costing you over 100 bucks. I let my domain expire last year and to re-register it before the 90 days was up would have been crazy expensive.

I've tried to get domains that were expired and it's nearly impossible. Lots of people wait until the last moment to renew it.
 
So wait, you claim this domain's worth at least a thousand bucks, but the guy who owns it isn't going to spend $20 to renew it? Something doesn't add up here.
