Best place to purchase 14/4 speaker wire?

cables you may just want to check local shop a bit. shipping is expensive since they are heavy. Hell, check Home Depot. Their measure to length cable have better prices than their spools.

If you are not in the market for "exotic" speaker cable, then my money is on monoprice. Just be mindful of run lengths (for any brand) and wire gauge.

Actually, just go to home depot's electrical dept. They have it on their huge spools. Tell them what you need and they'll cut the length. Make sure to get CL2 or CL3 rated cable for inwall use. Its a rating use by the fire dept to make sure its safe.

i got mine at monoprice.

i also got a smaller spool (50feet) from a 3rd party seller on amazon, and the monoprice cable was noticeably better. they were both 12awg. but the one from amazon was noticeably stiffer with worse memory, and had like a small white dusting on the inside of the cable that you noticed when you stripped it to expose the inner red/black wires.
