Since no one really addressed your question...
Henderson Defense has "certified" WASRs for decently cheap. These are the junk that Century International Arms puts out, but HD makes sure they are put together right (no canted front sights, etc.) and are worth the premium.
If you want something with balls out reliability, look at Arsenal AKs from Bulgaria ($1000+), Lancaster ($700 or so), or Arizona Response Systems ($700).
All are top notch work.

I like AKs, along with lots of guns.
So I came in to check out the thread.
I don't own any guns yet.

How do you distinguish a 1940s style parade from a modern style parade?
