I'm interested in going to the UK on August 18th, and am currently in the process of pricing tickets. The lowest I can find right now is $600-700, flying out from either Boston (BOS) or Bradley (BDL). Strange, because the same flight from the UK is only about $400.

Any suggestions on where I should go? The only place I know of right now is Qixo.

Thank you,

Travelocity is pretty good as well. It can show the cheapest fare from one place to another, and then you get to see all the rules and see if your schedule fits within them.
Also, I saw on the news the other day that airlines are offering discounted tickets exclusively on their websites....

RossMAN & jahawkin ~ thank you both... I'll probably book tickets tonight, provided I can find decent prices. :)

We'll be flying over Boston Logan (BOS) into any London airport (most likely to either Heathrow or Gatwick).

Has never been to England before and is soooo excited,

Check out Air France i think they fly to London also and if your under 26 you are considered a youth and can get discounted tickets. Friend of mine and I flew from BWI to Paris for $420 roundtrip each.

Also try Council Travel as they cater to students going overseas etc.

Also get yourself an ISIC also as you will get discounts on a lot of different places, especially Museums etc.

I just booked tickets to Belize for July.

I looked on expedia, travelocity, cheaptickets, americanairlines, and contineltalairlines.

www.cheaptickets.com was by far the cheapest by several hundred dollars.

BTW there is a Tunnel that goes from London to Paris if you want to visit for a day. Doesnt cost that much and i think its only a 2 or 3 hour ride. Paris was awesome.
