Best place to get OEM-quality touch-up paint?

So I have a Red 1999 Toyota Corolla CE that has seen a number of small and medium collisions--some admittedly my own fault, but not all. I'm getting ready to sell it for next to nothing, but I'd like to do whatever I can to minimize scrapes, chips, and dings before listing it. I need, total, about as much touch-up paint that comes in a single tube (the standard size you'd see at walmart or whatever).

Is there a little gem of a website that I can get the same color as my original (I realize sun fading will affect match, but idc) by plugging in a VIN # or make/model/year without sacrificing an arm and a leg? Or am I stuck going through Toyota?

I think it's so funny that people post replies like "Google auto touch up paint!"
Do you really think people post a question to a forum because they want to know how to use freaking Google?!
This guy is looking for a recommendation based on forum users' experience, as am I! Any ass-hat, douche-bag can use google.
One guy posted "I found this in 4 seconds with Google." The links he posted are to the WORST-REVIEWED touch up products on the market!
C'mon people—use your heads! DO NOT POST if your head is firmly stuck up your ass!
Just sayin'...
