Best place to buy XP1800 for CA residents?

Newegg, M-wave charge CA tax. TCWO and Essential don't, and reseller ratings aren't bad. Any other recommendations?
 
Go with TCWO. I've ordered several from them and they have treated me very well. Place the order by phone and get their cheaper price ($137 for an XP 1800) they list on Pricewatch. They also offer a one-year warranty on their OEM cpu's if you buy their $16 HSF.
 
Does that 1 year OEM warranty apply only if you buy a heatsink/fan from them as well or does it come with all their OEM CPUs? I recently bought an XP1900 from them and thought it only had a <30 warranty...

I just bought a XP1700 from Monarch Computer for $117. It is OEM, but Monarch is an AMD affiliate and gives a 3 yr. warranty on their OEM CPU's!! Fedex saver was $12 for a total of $129. You cannot beat that with a stick! Mine arrived today and installed perfectly. My Taisol CGK742092 keeps it 39C loaded running Seti. XP's run cooler- my 1100 T-bird ran @42C loaded w/ Seti. Even losing the extra speed I'd go for this deal in a heartbeat. Look at pricewatch under XP1700 cpu's for the price.
