Hasn't been proved one way or the other. But honestly, its so cheap for the quality its worth it even if it is pirated😛

exactly, you can get it encoded in a bunch o ways also, MP3 (VBR & CBR), WMA, OGG, MP4, MPC, FLAC, Monkey, FROG, PCM, WMA Loceless

im currently DLing that new UT album 192 VBR extreme
