Best place to buy ink carts for Epson?

Are there any reliable hassle free places to buy ether good quality generic, or Epson ink carts (Stylus Photo 820, and Stylus 740) at good prices?
 
I use Jet-tec cartridges for my Epson C-70 printer,I find the quality and price excellent,UK members can find Jet-tec ink for most printers here and here .
 
I don't have epson (got a canon). I've bought close to 100 cartridges from megatoners for less than $2/cartridge.
